Biography
In 1992 he graduated from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, with the award of a qualification leading specialist in economic management methods - manager of higher qualification, candidate of technical sciences. He is a corresponding member of the Academy of Energy and Information Sciences. From 1994 to 1998, he held the post of Vice President of OJSC CB Most-Bank. From 1999 to 2002 he was Vice-President of the ITERA IEC. From 2002-2012 he was Vice-President of OJSC MIB.
