Biography
Dmitry Popov is a founder of Maxwell Biotech and its managing company Maxwell Asset Management. He brings over 25 years of experience as a physician and over 15 years as an investor. Dmitry received his MD from the Moscow State Medical and Dental University in 1988 and subseqently did research in the area of plastic oral surgery. Dr. Popov was one of the pioneers of private medical business in Russia.
