Biography
Prior to her role here, Caroline was an HR recruiter at Michael Page. She then accepted a position as a manager at Brainpower, which is now a subsidiary of BPI group. She went on to become a Principal at Taste, where she developed the young executive search company before returning to Brainpower. Caroline has a master's degree in Human Resources, and a Ph.D in Labor Law.
