Biography
My name is Allison. I am an Associate Consultant in the New York office, and a recent graduate from the University of Virginia. I decided to pursue a career in consulting because I found that consulting was a great way to explore a lot of different types of work with a lot of different industries. It was a great starting point for since I didn't know what which industry or which specific capability I wanted to focus in. At Bain specifically, I felt like I just clicked with a lot of people during the recruiting process. I could see myself working alongside them, getting along with them. It never felt forced. It felt like I didn't have to try to impress them, and that they were there to get to know me.
