Biography

My name is Clayton. I'm a Manager here in the New York office. I first joined Bain in 2013 as a Summer Associate (SA). I decided to pursue a career in consulting after business school because I was excited by the dynamism and energy I saw in the classroom around the case environment. I think my most exciting case was a consumer products integration, where two of the largest consumer products companies within the same category wanted to merge. We engaged with them at a very early period of time, and focused on their operating model first, showing them what a merger could unlock from a revenue and costs perspective. Over the past year or so, we've continued to work with them in designing the new organization, designing their talent proce­­­ss, figuring out their new route to marketing and customer strategies. Right now we're deep down in the trenches, working with individual line managers around the world to bring this integration to life.
