Tom is Managing Director at BSM and Vice President at EFESO Consulting. He has almost twenty years industrial experience in operations and quality management. With BSM for over 15 years, Tom specialises in Lean in the Lab, Lean QA processes and Lean Manufacturing. He has managed major programs and projects with Pfizer, Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, Novartis V&D, Janssen, Sandoz, Mylan, Mallinckrodt, Allergan, Baxter and other leading life science companies.
