Biography
Shanna L. Cotti-Osmanski, Corporate Senior Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, leads the Company’s global Information Technology organization and is responsible for delivering technology solutions that support Charles River’s long-term strategic objectives. After joining Charles River as Chief Technology Officer in 2006, Ms. Cotti-Osmanski was promoted to Divisional Chief Information Officer, Enterprise and Commercial in 2010 and to Corporate Vice President, Enterprise & Commercial Information Technology in 2013. She was promoted to her current position in 2015. Prior to joining Charles River, Ms. Cotti-Osmanski had extensive information technology experience, including as a senior consultant at Microsoft Corporation where she led the implementation of strategic, enterprise-wide technical architectures for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Cotti-Osmanski received a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University.
