Biography
Savchuk Nikolay Filippovich, Member of the Board of Directors of the Center for High Technologies "ChemRar", Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Research Institute of Chemical Diversity (Khimki, Russia), President of ChemDiv, Inc., a pharmaceutical company. (San Diego, California, USA), managing partner of the venture company Tori Pines Investment (San Diego, California, USA), member of the board of directors of biotechnology companies Avelas, Cromis Therapeutics, T23 (San Diego, California , USA). He has been involved in international business for the last 25 years, he founded and directed the group of IT and media companies Inel Group in Singapore and Russia. The last 20 years has focused on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Nikolay is a member of the Expert Council of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives of the Russian Federation, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Farmclaster "Severniy", one of the initiators and authors of the "Pharma 2020" program and the "Fiztekh XXI" initiative. For several years he was an active participant of the bilateral Commission on Healthcare under the presidents of the Russian Federation and the United States.
