Biography
Greg joined Olam in July 2010. He has 16 years’ experience in food ingredients and 15 years’ in commodity trading. He is on the Executive Committee of the California League of Food Processors and serves on the Foundation Board of Trustees at the University of California, Merced. He holds a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
