Biography
John Ross has been the Chief Operating Officer of Cherkizovo Group since October 2016. He is reporting directly to Sergey Mikhailov, CEO of the company. He handles production functions across all business segments of the Group coordinating and facilitating timely decision making and operational efficiency. For the last 25 years John has been the head of a number of integrated multi-plant production corporations as well as a member of the management team for major international companies in the poultry business. Prior to joining Cherkizovo Group, John Ross held the positon of President in Arasco Food (Saudi Arabia). Before that he has worked for over 20 years for Zacky Farms joining the company as an Operations Manager to later become the President of the company. His career began in the agricultural holding Cargill. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Agriculture Mechanization. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Agriculture Mechanization.
