Biography
Roger Wills was elected to the Board of Directors of PJSC “Cherkizovo Group” in April 2017 as an independent director. He has broad knowledge of the Russian market, and substantial professional experience in the fields of M&A, finance and investments. Roger moved to Russia in 1995 to join the Management Consulting business of Coopers & Lybrand. Later he joined the Brunswick group, the leading Russian investment banking business where he held various positions within the Brunswick Group including CFO, COO and finally CEO of Brunswick Capital, the holding company of the Brunswick Group. Roger also raised the initial capital and founded the Brunswick Rail Leasing business and was CEO of Brunswick Rail. Since 2008, Roger has managed his own family office focused on investments in private equity and public markets. Roger moved to London, Great Britain from Moscow in 2012. Roger received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago (Dunedin, New Zealand) in 1989. Roger is also a non-executive independent director on the boards of several other companies.
