Biography
Lyudmila Mikhailova is the financial director of the Cherkizovo Group since 2006. It determines the financial policy of the Group, provides management of external and internal financial reporting, is responsible for budgeting and attracting financing for the effective development of the company. From 2001 to 2004, Lyudmila Mikhailova worked as a financial analyst at McFarlane Gordon Inc, General Mills Co (Canada), ING Barings (United Kingdom). Then she took a number of managerial positions in the Cherkizovo Group and Cherkizovsky AIC. Under the leadership of Lyudmila Mikhailova, several large deals were realized that allowed to consolidate about 13% of the national poultry market in Russia. And in 2006 the company successfully held an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, where it raised more than $ 250 million. Lyudmila Mikhailova is included in the rating "Top 1000 Russian Managers". She graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and also received an MBA from York University (Canada).
