Biography
Roger Wills was elected to the Board of Directors in April 2017. He has extensive knowledge of the Russian market, as well as extensive professional experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, finance and investments. Roger came to Russia in 1995 to join s Xia to the division of management consulting Coopers & Lybrand. Later, he moved to the Brunswick Group, where he held various positions, including financial director, operations director and eventually the post of general director of the holding company Brunswick Group. Also, Roger attracted starting capital and founded the leasing business of Brunswick Rail, also taking up the post of general manager. Since 2008, Roger manages his family business, which specializes in private direct investment and an open market. Roger moved from Moscow to London, UK in 2012. Roger received his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Otago (Dunedin, New Zealand) in 1989. Roger is also a non-executive independent member of the boards of directors of other companies.
