Biography
General Director of PJSC Cherkizovo Group Sergey Mikhailov has been the General Director of the Cherkizovo Group since 2006. He carries out general management of the company's activities, is responsible for its sustainable development and strategy. In 2006, under the leadership of Sergey Mikhailov, the Cherkizovo Group became the first Russian agro-company that successfully entered the IPO in London. Later, the Group became the largest producer of meat and mixed fodders in Russia. In 2001, Sergei Mikhailov took the position of marketing manager of the Cherkizovsky meat processing plant. In 2002 he became deputy general director for marketing and sales, and in 2003 - general director of the agro-industrial complex "Cherkizovsky". In 1998, Sergei Mikhailov trained as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, and in 1999 - in Morgan Stanley. In 1998 he founded and headed the telecommunications company aTelo, Inc. (Washington). Sergey Mikhailov graduated from Georgetown University (USA) with a degree in Economics and Finance in 2000.
