Biography
In the "Cherkizovo" Group, Violetta has been working since 2012, she was appointed to the position of Human Resources Director in 2013. Violetta is responsible for implementing the HR policy in the Group, oversees the recruitment and development of personnel, and ensures effective management of human resources at all levels. Since 2007, Violetta worked at Danone (a division of Dairy Products) as HR business partner, and in 2010 she moved to the Nutrition division as compensation and benefits manager. She began her career at Metro Cash & Carry, where she worked her way from a human resources specialist to a manager of the HR department of the shopping center. Violetta graduated from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics.
