Biography
Violetta Shimkevich has worked at Cherkizovo Group since 2012, and was appointed HR Director position in 2013. She is responsible for the implementation of the personnel policy in the Group, while supervising employee recruitment and development and ensuring the effective management of human resources at all levels. From 2007, she worked at Danone (in the Dairy products division) in the position of HR business partner, and in 2010, she moved into Baby food (Nutrition) as manager of compensation and benefits. Violetta began her career at Metro Cash & Carry, where she rose from HR specialist to HR Manager of the shopping centre division. Violetta graduated from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics.
