Biography
Vladislav Belyaev has been Head of IT since February 2012. Between 2008 and 2012, he was Head of the Enterprise Management Systems Department at Vimpel-Kommunikatsii OJSC. Prior to this, he held senior management positions at CafeMax CJSC and Moskovskiy Industrialny Bank OJSC. He is a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Automation and Moscow State University.
Research Interest
