Biography
Born in 1966, an M.B.A. with honours from S.D.A. Bocconi in Milano, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Marketing from Università Bocconi. Luigi Serravalle has extensive experience in strategy, management and organization consulting. Prior to joining EFESO Consulting he served as a marketing executive for a media company and in the fashion industry. He assists international clients, particularly in FMCG, Luxury, Transportation, Retail, Financial services and has managed a considerable number of strategy and performance improvement projects, Development strategy, Purchasing cost optimization, Sourcing strategy Cost structure optimization and Commercial effectiveness improvement projects.
