Biography

 Olga Truneva   graduated from the medical faculty of the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy in 1999, in 2001 she completed clinical residency at the Department of Eye Diseases of KrasAgMA. In 2000 she was awarded the Medal of the Ministerial and General Education "For the best scientific student work of the year" at the conference of young scientists,Sechenov, Moscow. From 2001 to 2004 - training in full-time postgraduate study of KrasAgMA, senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Eye Disease from 2001 to 2006. From 2003 to 2006 he was an ophthalmologist at a polyclinic reception and an on-duty doctor at the Hospital of the Ophthalmologic Clinical Hospital. In 2005 - specialization in the workplace for laser intraocular methods for the treatment of eye diseases on the basis of the Novosibirsk branch of the MNTK Eye Microsurgery Clinic, the cycle of improvement "Pathology of the eye fundus" on the basis of the Irkutsk branch of the Eye Microsurgery Eye Clinic named after. S.N. Fedorov. In 2007 - defense of the thesis for the degree of candidate of medical sciences on the topic "Features of the lesion of the visual analyzer in secondary and latent syphilis". He is the only specialist in ophthalmic diseases in the region. In 2010 - advanced training on the cycle of improvement "Laser intraocular methods of treatment of eye diseases" on the basis of the St. Petersburg branch of the MNTK "Eye Microsurgery In LLC "Clinic of Laser Microsurgery of the Eye" has been working since its inception in 2005. He owns the newest methods of laser treatment of patients with pathology of the fundus and anterior segment of the eye. Since 2007, it has successfully performed excimer laser operations to correct vision, since 2010 - cross-dressing operations with keratoconus. Since 2010, he is the leading specialist in the region for intravitreal retinal diseases, performs more than 500 intravitreal injections per year (Lucentis, Aflibercept, Ozurdex) in such diseases as wet form of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions, complicated forms of myopia, d Exclusively possesses the technique of intravitreal administration of OZURDEX for the treatment of edema of the central parts of the fundus of patients with retinal vein thrombosis. Since 2010, the clinic is implementing the project "Save your eyesight!". Within the framework of this project, an agreement was signed on mutual cooperation between the Clinic and the Krasnoyarsk Regional Ophthalmologic Hospital. The initiative was supported and approved by the chief ophthalmologist and chief endocrinologist of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Every year, Olga Y. takes active part in holding open days for patients with diabetes mellitus, makes presentations on modern technologies for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy in the urban society of endocrinologists, and conducts active educational work among the population. During the project implementation, more than 6,500 people with diabetes mellitus received timely ophthalmologic help. Olga Y. takes active part in the educational work of the clinic among ophthalmologists of the city and the region. Present reports and conduct master classes at conferences and seminars on the training of city and edge specialists in new technologies for diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases on the basis of the Clinic for Laser Eye Microsurgery: "Modern Opportunities of a Private Ophthalmological Clinic", "Modern Aspects of Diagnostics and Treatment of Age-Related Macular Degeneration of the Retina," "Local Corneal Collagen Cross-Linking" "," Modern methods of eye diagnostics: optically coherent tomography ". Olga Y. and herself is an active participant in both Russian and foreign conferences, constantly increasing her professional level. Annually takes part in the work of Russian and foreign congresses on refractive surgery and pathology of the fundus. In 2010 she was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Administration of Public Health of the Administration of the city of Krasnoyarsk. Annually consults more than 2500 patients, performs more than 1500 operations. He speaks modern methods of diagnosing eye diseases, including optical coherence tomography, fluorescent retinal angiography. He has more than 30 scientific publications, including foreign ones, co-authorship in a monograph, author of 1 patent for invention.      Olga Yuryevna constantly monitors scientific novelties in ophthalmology, for example, since 2014 she introduces new methods of molecular genetic diagnosis into practice for accurate diagnosis of a number of hereditary eye diseases - the "My Genetics" test (in conjunction with the clinic Atlas Moscow, which cooperates with leading scientists from Russian and foreign institutions working at the junction of fundamental science and practical medicine). This makes it possible to individually select the methods of diagnosis and treatment, as well as predict the development of certain diseases and prevent them at the earliest stages. Throughout the world, this approach has been called personalized medicine.
