Biography
Filatov Valery Valentinovich is the Professor, Doctor of Medicine. In 1981 he graduated from the 2nd Moscow Order of Lenin State Medical Institute. N.I. Pirogov in the specialty of pediatrics. In 1981-1982 he was trained in internship in the specialty - ophthalmology in the Central Emergency Hospital No. 12 of the USSR Ministry of Health. From 1985 to 1987 he studied in clinical residency in ophthalmology at the Department of Eye Diseases of the Faculty of Medicine of the 2 nd Molgmi them. N.I. Pirogov (renamed in the future RNIMU). In 1995 he defended his thesis on the topic: "Treatment of bacterial ulcers of the cornea by infrasound". In 2004 Filatov VV defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Infrasound phonophoresis in the treatment of ophthalmopathology."
