Biography
Anton Perin was born on the 22nd of September, 1982 in the Arkhangelsk region. He graduated from Arkhangelsk State Technical University and The Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. Prior to Vnesheconombank Anton Perin from 2009 up to 2016 has worked in various positions in the financial unit of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia".
