Biography
Roman Andryushin is a sales director in the markets of Russia and CIS countries since February 1, 2014. Roman Andryushin is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of the company's products in the markets of Russia and CIS countries, stimulating aluminum consumption by domestic industries, searching for new product markets, including through the introduction of new innovative products by UC RUSAL. Since 2007, Roman Andryushin worked as an operational and financial director of RUSAL Marketing GmbH, the Swiss division of the company responsible for global sales of RUSAL. In this position he was responsible for the formation of an effective commercial structure of the company, relationships with key customers, optimization of the supply chain, increased sales of value-added products and directly for the operational management of RUSAL's export sales. From 2003 to 2007, Roman Andryushin held the positions of CFO of Komi Aluminum (at that time a joint venture of RUSAL and SUAL for bauxite and alumina production), financial director of RUSAL Rolling Division, financial director of the Russian representative office of Alcoa. From 1996 to 2002, Andryushin held a number of leading positions in the Belokalitvinsky Metallurgical Production Association. Roman Andryushin graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Novocherkassk State Technical University, the business school Lorange Institute of Business in Switzerland (EMBA degree) and the University of Wales in the UK (MBA degree).
