Biography
Mukhtasarova Tatyana Radikovna Was born in the city of Minsk on 12.04.1979 In 2001 she graduated from the Belarusian State University in 2013 she passed a refresher course at the Moscow State University of Management of the Government of Moscow under the program "Management of Health Development: the Canadian Experience" in 2014, she underwent professional retraining in the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov under the program: "Master of Business Administration in Health Care"
