Aleksandr Sharabayko

Biography

Mr. Aleksandr Fedorovich Sharabayko has held the position of Member of the Board of Directors at PhosAgro PAO (former PhosAgro OAO), since October 5, 2017. Additionally, he occupies the post of the Company's Director of Economics and Finance. Between January 24, 2013 and October 5, 2017 he occupied the post of Member of the Company's Management Board. Since 2015 he has been Member of the Board of Directors at PhosAgro_Region OOO and PhosAgro-Cherepovets AO. Between 2014 and 2015 he acted as Adviser to General Director of PhosAgro AG ZAO. From 2012 until 2014, he served as its Director of Economics and Finance. Prior to joining PhosAgro, he worked as Head of Corporate Finance at Uralkali, where his responsibilities included regular participation in the company`s investor relations activities. Prior to the merger of Uralkali and Silvinit, Alexander was the CFO and a consultant to the Supervisory Board of Silvinit. From 2005 to 2010, he worked first as Head of Corporate Finance and then as CFO of Mineral Group. Alexander began his career in Belaruskali in 1998, and from 2003 to 2005 he was the deputy head of the Investment Department at Silvinit. He received a Bachelors of Economics with honours from the Belorussian Economic University, and completed an MBA in Finance from Nottingham University Business School.
