Biography

Oleg Vaitman headed the Direction on relations with state bodies in February 2012. He is responsible for interaction with government authorities in Russia and CIS countries, the government of the Russian Federation, the parliament, and federal and regional authorities. Supervises questions of state partnership, support of social and economic development of regions. Since 2009, Oleg Vaitman was the director of the Moscow representative office of the company "KazMunaiGas Exploration Production"  Earlier, Oleg Vaitman served as vice president, head of the Russian and CIS Development Bloc at RBI-Holding. From 2003 to 2007, Oleg Vaitman worked in TNK BP as the Vice President for Regional and Social Policy. Oleg Vaitman graduated with honors in 1993 from the Magnitogorsk Mining and Metallurgical Institute. In 2002 he graduated with honors from the All-Russian State Tax Academy of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Taxes and Levies. He passed advanced training courses at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation under the President program. In 2005 he studied at Thunderbird University in the USA.
