Biography
Doctor of the highest qualification category. In 1990 he graduated from the Smolensk State Medical Institute, majoring in "Medicine". From 1990 to 1991 he passed an internship in surgery at the Velikie Luki central city hospital. From 1991 to 1992 he worked in the Polyclinic No. 3 in the city of Orel as a doctor of traumatologist. From 1992 to 1996 he worked as a doctor-surgeon of the burn department. From 1996 to 2010 he worked as a doctor as a traumatologist-orthopedist burn, and then the admission department Orel Regional Clinical Hospital.
