Biography

Alexander has a vast consulting background in a finance, investment processes, stock market, budgeting and audit. His resume includes PwC (Coopers & Lybrand), Vostok Nafta and RusForest AB. Now Alexander holds the position of Director in Taiga Capital (UK) where he is also a member of the Board of Directors, head of audit committee, and a member of of Committee for Nominations and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of PJSC “Kuzbasskaya Toplivnaya Company”. He is also the member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit and corporate governance Committee and Committee of Nominations and Remuneration of the Board of Directors of PJSC “Enel Russia”. Mr. Williams graduated from St. Andrews University, and also holds the MBA of City University, London.
