Biography
In a career spanning more than 30 years Leo McLoughlin has had extensive experience of leading affiliates of multinational companies including Rothmans International and Philip Morris International in many markets in EEMA. For the past 20 years he has had a close link with Eastern Europe and has managed PMI affiliates as Managing Director, in The Baltics, Ukraine and Russia. Mr. McLoughlin also serves on the Boards of several other major companies. Leo is a graduate of University College Dublin (NUI) and the University of Dublin, Trinity College (DUB) and holds several graduate and post graduate degrees in advanced mathematical stochastic processes.
