Biography
Graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of Moscow Open University. In 1996 was appointed Deputy Head of the Podolsk administration, and in 2002 was promoted to First Deputy Head of the Podolsk administration. In 2005 was elected to the position of General Director of Zavod Mikroprovod OAO (Microwire Plant). On September 21, 2007 was elected to the position of General Director of the ZiO-Zdorovie ZAO pharmaceutical plant. In 1999, by order of the President of the Russian Federation, was awarded the Medal of Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” class 2, and by order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the RF No. 280p of September 12, 2014 was awarded the title of “Honorary Chemist”
