Biography
Anton Bazulev has been appointed director of international projects since January 2017 and oversees the provision of political support for international activities, the development of trade policy and strategic relationships with stakeholders, including with government bodies and industry associations in the countries of operation and in major markets. In 2013-2016, he was Director for External Relations of United Metallurgical Company (OMK) From 2004 to 2013 he worked as a director for external relations of the largest Russian steel producer - the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK); supervised the issues of interaction with international and Russian government bodies, relations with investors, and also carried out direct management of public relations. From 2002 to 2004, he was the director of the Department for Relations with the State Bodies of the branch organization Russian Steel, which unites all the largest manufacturers of steel products in Russia. From 2001 to 2002 he worked as an assistant to the vice-president of the Cherkizovo Group. From 1993 to 2001, he held various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, specialized in economic and multilateral diplomacy, relations with the European Union, OECD, the Council of Europe; worked in the first permanent mission of Russia to NATO in Brussels. Anton Bazulev is a graduate of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov with a major in international economic, social and political geography of foreign countries.
