Biography

Monika has a great experience in international market research, specialized in qualitative study. She is customer-oriented person presenting perfect key accounts management focused on the clients goals. Monika has an extensive research executive experience in multiple areas, including construction, industry, medical, pharmaceutical sector and retail as well as FMCG. Full execution of B2B and B2C market research both domestic and international. Furthermore, Monika is well experienced moderator of focus and creative groups and she has facilitated numerous strategic workshops and in-depth interviews among KOLs, physicians, industry experts and consumers. Monika holds a degree in sociology from the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow with a specialization in sociology of economy and market research. She later completed post-graduate studies in economy and business management at the Cracow University of Economics. Recently she did degree of bachelor in field of Russian Language and Culture.
