Biography
Dr.Kan graduated from the Voronezh State Medical University specialising in General Medicine. He regularly takes professional development courses in various areas of surgery at the Russian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. From 1985 to 2013 he headed the department of surgery at Filatov Municipal Clinical Hospital No.15. Has a copyright certificate for the invention Proximal Gastrectomy Technique. He is the author of 30 articles in scientific and medical periodicals.
