Biography
Dr.Vetkov graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Moscow State Medical and Dental University in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, he undertook an internship at M. F. Vladimirsky Moscow Regional Research Clinical Institute (“MONIKI”), specializing in otolaryngology. He has the specialist's certificate in otolaryngology (2013, M. F. Vladimirsky MONIKI). From 2003 to 2007 he was as a specialist-otolaryngologist responsible for emergency care, working for surgical and pediatric departments of the City Children's Hospital of St. Vladimir, Moscow. 2007-2009 - specialist-otolaryngologist at the surgical department of LLC “Doctor 2000” (Moscow). In 2009-11, Dr.Vetkov worked as a specialist-otolaryngologist at the Polyclinic and Hospital of Administrative Department of the President of the Russian Federation and N.I. Pirogov Children’s Clinical Diagnostic Center of Roszdrav, Russian Federation. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as the Chief doctor of the city hospital of one of the districts of the Moscow region. He combined administrative work with that of a specialist-otolaryngologist of the clinic and hospital.
