Biography
Prof.Korolev graduated from the Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in 1985. In 1992-1994 he did an internship at a leading orthopaedic clinic Klinikum Innensdadt in Germany. EXPERIENCE Since 2004 – Professor at the Chair of Traumatology and Orthopaedics at Peoples Friendship University of Russia. One of the leading orthopaedic surgeons in Russia, known for his works in arthroscopic knee surgery. Prof.Korolev is a Director of training courses in arthroscopic surgery. He is the main consulting orthopaedist of the leading Russian professional sport clubs. MEMBERSHIP Prof.Korolev is a Vice-President of the Russian Arthroscopic Society, member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic surgeons (AAOS), Polish Society of Sports Traumatology (PTTS), International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA).
