Biography

In 2011, she graduated from the Pediatric Department of Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D.Asfendiyarov. From 2011 to 2013 he underwent residency at the Russian National Research Medical University named after Pirogov based on rehabilitation department of the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital. After completing his residency the doctor was awarded a specialty "Physical therapy and sports medicine."   EXPERIENCE   Dr.Kraynova conducts advisory reception both outpatient and inpatient in postoperative period after trauma and operations with various problems of the musculoskeletal system. She possesses skills such as conducting therapeutic exercises in various diseases of the musculoskeletal system; conducting isokinetic training on Biodex simulator; performing procedures of manual passive mobilization of the shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle - with elements of micro manual therapy, PNF and Post Isometric Relaxation; performing kinesis taping, performing physical therapy - in particular: ultrasound therapy, different types of electrical stimulation, laser therapy, magnetic and shockwave therapy. Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan in gymnastics. Actively engaged in sport climbing.
