Biography
Graduated from Moscow Institute of Medicine and Dentistry. Has had a specialization course in Cardiology at the Department of Cardiology of Hospital No. 50 (Moscow). In 2003, he passed an examination of the Mexican Council of Cardiologists in Mexico City where he worked as a practicing cardiologist in a private clinic for a few years.
