Biography
After graduating from the Medical school in 1984 he completed residency in ophthalmology and worked under the guidance of academician S. Fedorov. Dr.Ignatiev defended his degree thesis on the subject "Surgical correction of medium to high degree hypermetropia by refractive autokeratoplastic method
