Doctor Rogosin has graduated from Voronezh State Medical Academy n.a. N. N. Burdenko. He completed clinical internship in specialty of psychiatry. Doctor works as a treating physician of in-patient department of psychiatry, he provides necessary elective and urgent psychiatric care for indoor patients of all departments of EMC. Since 2010, dr.
