Biography
Mr. Shaffer has nearly 30 years of consumer goods experience and enjoys a proven record of success in streamlining and reengineering processes that improve business efficiency and effectiveness. He joined the Enterra team from Unilever, a global leader in the consumer goods, personal care, and foods industry, where he served as Director of Business Systems for Customer Development. Over his decade and half with Unilever, he redefined its Go to Market trade promotion process, expanded retail point of sale information and analytics, implemented post-event analytical solutions, and led customer development business process development for five complex Unilever integrations. He also has broad experience in Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP).
