Biography

As Enterra Solutions’ Vice President of Human Resources, Denise McAuliffe is an overall contributor to the business strategy of the Organization. Ms. McAuliffe is accountable for Enterra’s people management with the following responsibilities: staffing, resourcing and utilization strategies; implementing policies and procedures consistent with overall company direction; responsible for employee relations, human resource legal compliance, compensation, and performance management. With over 25 years of expertise in all areas of human resources with an emphasis on Staffing, Ms. McAuliffe has multi-faceted industry experience including: information technology, management consulting, e-commerce and healthcare. Prior to joining Enterra Solutions, Ms. McAuliffe held the position of Senior Technical Recruiter at Paragon Computer Professionals, a National IT Consulting Firm. She was responsible for recruiting IT professionals in a wide variety of disciplines for Fortune 500 clients throughout the Southeast. Prior positions include:
