Biography
As Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Major General Nolan Sklute, USAF (retired), oversees all Enterra administration and contracts with the federal government. General Sklute brings over 40 years of legal and contractual experience to his position. General Sklute holds a B.A. degree from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. He received his LLM degree in Government Contracts from George Washington University. He is also a graduate of the National War College and the Armed Forces Staff College. Among his civic and professional activities, General Sklute has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Judge Advocates Association and as a trustee of the Air Force Judge Advocate General School Foundation. He is currently a member of the Air Force Association and the National War College Alumni Association.
