In 1963, graduated from Leningrad Electronic Technical Institute. 1973 – 1980 – designer, I degree, Primorsky shipyard. 1980– 2002 – executive positions, Almaz Production Association. 2002 – 2005 – Deputy Director for Economy, Almaz Central Marine Design Bureau. 2005 up to date Deputy Director General for Economy. In 1996, awarded with Medal “300 years of the Russian Fleet”. In 2003, awarded with Medal “In memory of 300 years of Petersburg”.
