Biography

"Vera Kurochkina has been the Director of Public Relations since 2006. She is responsible for the formation and implementation of RUSAL's communication strategy, supporting the company's key projects in the media, advertising, organizing events, charitable and social activities, internal communications, interaction with industry and non-profit associations and organizations. In the period from 2003 to 2006, Vera Kurochkina held the position of Director of the Department for Media Relations of RUSAL. In 2001-2003 she managed a group of projects in the agency of strategic communications ""Mikhailov & Partners"". Between 1998 and 2000, she worked as a marketing and communications manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Vera Kurochkina graduated with honors from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, as well as the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation."
