Biography
Ken Henderson, PhD, MS is Director of Research and Development for Charles River's Research Animal Diagnostics Services. Ken received his PhD in molecular virology and avian diseases from Ohio State University. Ken’s articles have appeared in R&D Magazine and his work profiled in GEN and ALN Magazine. He has contributed to over 50 publications and abstracts and his most recent peer-reviewed studies have been published in PLoS One, Comparative Medicine and JAALAS. He maintains a basement winery and recently finished trimming over a hundred dormant grape vines in his budding vineyard so he could prove to himself that some microbes in life are not so bad
