Biography
Sylvère Ode is graduated at the 'Ecole Supérieure de Commerce en Finance' and has a Master's Degree in Finance. He started his career as controller at the Financial Direction of CNFTP. He moved very soon to consultancy, at first in Financial IT and then in management and project management. He has participated in many Business process Re-engineering projects in all Europe, mainly in the private sector; banks, services companies, industries. These project concerned merges as well as new company start ups, company development or re-engineering, alignment to national or international regulations. Sylvère has developed the Environment pillar based on his experience in the industrial sector. He currently works on projects concerning HR Management, organisational strategy, compensation politics, employment forward management, personnel and competencies management (GPEEC)
