Biography
Sinyugin Vyacheslav Yurievich was born September 23, 1969 in Omsk. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Omsk State University and postgraduate study at the St. Petersburg State University. Raised his qualifications in the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (2000-2002), the International Institute for Management Development (2001), the University of Florida and the World Bank (2001), and Oxford (2006). Doctor of Law. He is married. In 1993-1997 years. worked in investment and banking structures. In February 1997, he headed the Omsk Regional Office of the Federal Commission for the Securities Market. From 1998 to 2004 passed the way from the deputy head of the RAO UES of Russia's share capital department to the deputy chairman of the board of RAO UES of Russia. Since 2004 - Member of the Management Board, Managing Director of the business unit "Hydrogeneration". From June 2005 to January 2008 - General Director of JSC HydroOGK Managing Company (OJSC MC HydroOGK), from January 2005 to June 2008 - Chairman of the Board of the Federal Hydro-Generating Company (JSC HydroOGK). From June 2008 to January 2010 - Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation. Then he worked as a managing director of the Directorate of Engineering Services of Sberbank of Russia. Since September 2013 - First Deputy Chairman of the Government of Omsk region. Since February 2016 - Adviser to the Chairman of Vnesheconombank.
