In 2011-2014 years. in the Directorate (until 2012 - the Center) of PPP Vnesheconombank, the head of the investment management consultancy group of the PPP project examination department of the PPP Directorate of Vnesheconombank. He graduated from the International University in Moscow with a degree in economics.
