Biography
Gwen studied Applied Educational Sciences at Twente University and was involved as educational expert in the foundation of Performance Behaviour as an improvement concept in 2009. Until 2012 Gwen was managing director of Flecto, specialists in behavioural change, then acquired by EFESO Consulting. Based on her vast sales experience, Gwen has convinced international corporates as PostNL, DE Masterblenders, Royal Cosun and FrieslandCampina to utilise Performance Behaviour. Gwen is responsible for Business Development in the USA.
