Biography

Education In 1988 Alexander Ivannikov graduated from Popov Higher Naval Academy of Radio Electronics, in 1993 – from St. Petersburg State University and in 1999 – from St. Petersburg State Technical University. He has a PhD in Economics. Professional experience 1997–2001 He held managerial positions in business entities of St. Petersburg. 2001–2006 Head of the Investment Policy Directorate, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade under St. Petersburg Administration. 2006–2007 Deputy Director General for Economics and Finance of TGC-1. 2007–2010 Deputy Director General for Finances, Deputy Director General for Finance and Budgeting of Mosenergo. 2010–2014 First Deputy Head of the Department for Finance and Economics of Gazprom. 2015 First Deputy Head of Department 816 of Gazprom. Since July 2015 Head of Department 816 of Gazprom.
