Andrei Kormilitsin

Biography

 Andrei Kormilitsin graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Institute for International Economic Relations. Mr. Kormilitsin has more than 10 years’ experience in investment business. Prior to joining Gazprombank in 2004, he worked at MDM Bank’s Corporate Finance Department and the Capital Markets Department of Troika Dialog Investment Company. He was actively involved in a number of investment, M&A and IPO transactions advising clients across a broad range of industries, including machinery, metallurgy, media and telecoms, FMCG and retail. In Gazprombank, Andrei Kormilitsin covers direct investment projects in heavy machinery; oil field services; nuclear, oil & gas and power engineering and construction. Mr. Kormilitsin serves as board member of Stroytransgaz, Stroytransgaz-M, InjGeo, South Center of Power Engineering, Eriell Group, etc.
